Statement of Intention

I understand that my FIX MY COMPUTER ON SITE TECHNICIAN is acting in good faith and making every attempt to solve my computer and / or network problem to the best of his and / or her knowledge. I understand the sensitivity of computer software and hardware, and that, during the course of the repair, it is possible for sensitive data to be lost or corrupt and/or operating system, programs and application, to become unstable or even nonfunctional because of an attempted repair on the computer.

However, I also realize that my FIX MY COMPUTER ON SITE TECHNICIAN, is acting in good faith and has every intention to avoid this type of incident.  I also understand that the probability of this type of incident is extremely rare; and that, if it were to occur my FIX MY COMPUTER ON SITE TECHNICIAN, Carlos Alvarez, cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged data, software and/or hardware because he is acting in good faith in attempt to repair my computer and/or network software and/or hardware.  It is my responsibility to have any necessary or pertinent information and data backup before the repair has begun by my FIX MY COMPUTER ON SITE TECHNICIAN.
